[Denemo-devel] Parenthesize & the gub build

I have pushed NotesRests->ParenthesizeNote, Chord->ParenthesizeChord
etc. Some of these only work with newer LilyPond versions. It should be
possible to add parenthesis round staffs etc.

This highlights the advantage we will get by using GUB, as we can insist
on the version bundled with denemo.
I am currently trying to build from GUB having pulled the git again this
morning.
