Yes, so can you find out why glib-mkenums still runs with the 
--disable-rebuilds configure option?  Or can you which glib-mkmenums
is being run?  It seems it's the wrong one (a too new one, what's new
;-) from your system instead of the one in target/tools/root/usr/bin?

It's kindof hard to debug this for me without access to a machine
that reproduces this...
