[Denemo-devel] Cut and paste bug fixed

I've fixed a serious crash when cutting the whole of the the music in a
staff.
I have added a command to the measures menu to re-bar the piece of
music. It cuts all the music and pastes it back in.
If you use cut and or paste, please check that the things you do
normally are not adversely affected.
Note the display is garbled after cut and pastet until you have run the
cursor over the measures. I don't know why.
