[Denemo-devel] Patch for Denemo to work with GUB again

GUB Build of Denemo was broken by Jeremiahs Addition to libsmf

Someone has to apply the attached patch to Denemo. This patch comes grom gub 
patches/denemo-mingw.patch

More info from Janneke:

 janneke) jeremiah bluntly copied a new version of libsmf into the denemo GIT 
tree and then did not even look at his patch before committing it.  or 
alternatively, someone applied denemo-mingw.patch to the wrong place: denemo 
GIT instead of libsmf ;-)
