These suggested bindings would not make sense for NumericKeypad.cmdset,
where the Numeric Keypad is used for the most frequently used commands
when entering bulk music.

Perhaps we need to think about how we can maintain several different
command sets - beginners, composers, transcribers, arrangers,
educational games users ...

So far I have copied by hand everything from NumericKeypad.cmdset to
Default.cmdset when checking in. Tedious.
And I created Empty.commandset for Educational Games (so that hitting
the keyboard does not upset the game).

Beginners I think will not want too many key shortcuts as miss-typing
and finding something strange and unknown to the user has happened is a
Bad Thing. Especially, very few destructive bindings, since I am told
that Undo is undone.

Also possible, I think, is to have a commandset that just contains
keybindings, and merge it with Default.cmdset - then we would make a
rule not to have any bindings, except perhaps the most universal, in
Default.cmdset.
