[Denemo-devel] MIDI channel change

I have done the channel change code:


(d-DirectivePut-standalone-override "mytag" (logior DENEMO_OVERRIDE_CHANNEL 
DENEMO_OVERRIDE_STEP))
(d-DirectivePut-standalone-midibytes "mytag" "9")

This starts channel 9 at the point in the music where it is placed, which with 
my timidity output causes a switch to drums.

still to do:
letting you refer to the channel in midibytes
