We should check for whether d-C etc are being called interactively or
not, and not do the audio output if they are called from a script. This
is like the calls to StaffUp etc which have to avoid raising a pop-up if
they are called from a script.
Scripts should then choose whether to sound notes (and do any waiting
for the notes to finish if they need to).
