[Denemo-devel] Blank WholeMeasureRest and Copy/Paste Anacrusis

I noticed there are non-printing rests but the WholeMeasureRest is not
there currently. Would be great.

Second: Is the new Anacrusis compatible to copy and paste? I tested copy
and paste on an anacrusis-piece of mine, but I forgot to look up if it
was the old or new one.
The reason I need this is that I created a script to clone a staff to a
new one. Anacrusis is one of the points it does not work completly yet.
