Details:
Let Denemo support the mousewheel and make it possible to choose functions
for it.
A good default function is to scroll the drawing area up and down without
moving the (denemo)-cursor itself.
But other options are thinkable, too. Like choosing between different
note-lenghts or whatever is sorted in lists.
