I am seeing
(denemo:18826): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_signal_connect_data:
assertion `c_handler != NULL' failed
when invoking the prefdialog, it looks like BUTTON( , ) macro is being
invoked with non-existant functions (?just a guess)
also (very minor) the fluidsynth tab is labelled with all capital
letters.
