As far as I know this is not possible in Midi. If you have two staffs with the 
same channel they can only have one program at a time. Of course prog-switch is 
possible, but it will apply to the whole channel.

This means only 15 oder 16 (drumset) different instruments at once because midi 
has only 16 channels. This will be perfectly enough for the internal fluidsynth 
build. In Jackmidi there is no such limitation.
