New denemo file, only one staff.
(d-DirectivePut-standalone-midibytes "Prog" "0xC$ 111")
This does not work. The point is $ does not work as predicted. It does not get
interpreted as current channel number.
(d-DirectivePut-standalone-midibytes "Prog" "0xC0 111")
works on the first staff, which is channel 0 obviously. So I hear a different
instrument here.
