I am fairly sure set_lily_name() is obsolete - we were using a name
derived from the denemo staff name as an identifier in LilyPond, but I
stopped doing that at about the start of the 8.x series, and the field
is probably useless now. There are some fields (lily_str??) which are
used only during lilypond import but that is not one of them I suspect.
