Details:
To use the drum converter script users need to access a .denemo file to edit
their personal drum notation.
This blank but unusable template gets installed to
/usr/share/denemo/drummap.denemo but needs to be in ~/.denemo/templates
Remove the obstacle to let the user copy it by hand and crate a copy
automatically if its not in .denemo already.
This could be done in the same way denemorc is created.
But it could possibly be done in Scheme, but it must be checked how Guile
behaves on Windows and other systems if it has to copy files.
