Details:

Under Directives menu, go to Tempo and select Piano.
No image shows up.
All other tempo commands have their image shown.
The missing file should be in an older version of denemo.  Somehow got
deleted??
Denemo\usr\share\denemo\actions\bitmaps
is the location where it should be on my computer.
