Details:

Seems to not be returning anything but #f.
>From blank score, insert any standalone directive you wish, say, from the
Tempo command under Directives.
Now put the cursor on the directive and execute

(d-InfoDialog (d-DirectiveGetTag-standalone))

and you'll get that it's a wrong type passed to InfoDialog.  Testing with a
few other scheme commands, it seems to never return an actual string, as it
