Details:
libsmf is shared by several applications (I know of
denemo, mididings and jack-smf-utils).
All but mididings include libsmf, leading to file
conflicts when any two or all of libsmf, denemo or
jack-smf-utils are installed.
The attached patch does the required changes, except
deleting the src/libsmf dir.
