Details:

Hi,
This script is an alpha version of a new command based on the Rebar script I
wrote. It searches the score/staff for incomplete/overfull measures and can
pad with blank or regular rests as desired. I wrote this because when I had
partial measures in some of the staffs (as I often did) it messed up the
lilypond and I'd have to hunt around for the offender. This probably has bugs
that I haven't found yet and mini-features to add, so no rush to put it in
git. If you want to try it out though, be my guest. I might decide this
would be best to add as options to the regular Rebar command.
-Dan
