I am not sure how useful that would be. Mostly composers don't change
the key signature but use accidentals to modulate. It would be useful to
set the "Enharmonic Position"(1) to the keysignature when
setting/changing it. This would mean that if the keysignature were
E-major the default Enharmonic Position would be sharper than for
C-major, but how much sharper it would be desirable to make it is not so
clear, as the composer is more likely to modulate flatwards from that
key.

(1) By "Enharmonic Position" I mean the center of the set of tonalities
catered for. (So I number E-flat/G-sharp as Enharmonic Position 0, and
D-sharp/B-flat as position 1 and so on sharper, and the A-flat/C-sharp
is Enharmonic Position -1, D-flat/F-sharp is -2 etc going flatter. There
is a new function d-SetEnharmonicPosition that takes an integer and sets
the enharmonic position).
