I have point and click working from Denemo's pdf output. It requires an
additional executable denemoclient to be installed which is invoked by
the code that LilyPond embeds in the pdf file and it then signals Denemo
when you click on the pdf
I have built this executable by hand, but it would need to be created by
the make command and installed alongside the denemo executable.
Jeremiah - are you able to do this? I can check the code into git in any
case as it is harmless.
