Print Operations are now much nicer. If you are editing your score using
point and click in the print view window it will not keep refreshing for
every edit. Better still, if you are printing a reduced score or just
one part, or the score with Ambitus (or ...) you can use the Refresh
button in the Print View window after edits - you don't have to repeat
the specialized print command.
I have an idea there is one more cruddy thing I would like to fix for
the release but can't think what it is...
