Details:
There should be the ability to remove unmatched start/end dynamics (crescendo
and diminuendo).
Otherwise things get confusing when editing dynamics, especially with the
mouse. For example, since the start/end marks are invisible, attemping to
create a crescendo across a start marker left over from a previous session
will not have the expected behaviour. Then, the process of finding the
unmatched marker is like finding a needle in a haystack.
