I uploaded the tarball and the binaries but I only see the tarball on the ftp servers. Maybe it takes a while. Oh well. We can store some binaries on denemo.org then.

So I think we are ready to release 1.0.2
Jeremiah - can you move and sign the tarball linux.exe and mingw.exe to
ftp.gnu.org? If the darwin .exe is delayed that doesn't need to hold up
the release.
