[Denemo-devel] Note/Rest Entry Toolbar

The toolbar that does entering notes or rests when you click on the
icons is now more-or-less obsolete as there is a palette that has these
buttons.
I was just going to delete it when I recalled that it does still have a
minor function - the icon highlighted is the prevailing duration. Is it
worth keeping just for this? (there is quite a lot of machinery clanking
on behind it, and it adds to the complexity of what the user sees, until
they hide it).
Any ideas welcome...
