I am sure it is possible. And if it is some well-known notation I expect
it will be quite easy. LilyPond has been developed to typeset music
following various published guidelines (there are whole books on the
subject). So generally, if there is something for which Denemo is not
already generating the LilyPond syntax, I enquire on the lilypond-user
mailing list (generally getting a reply in an hour or so) and put the
syntax in.

But in this case from what you describe, I think you may want to create
a separate Dynamics staff (Staffs->Add Staff->Add Staff for Dynamics)
and then you use dummy notes to place the dynamics where you wish them.
Attached is an example. The benefit of using a separate Dynamics Staff
is that you get better control over both the horizontal and vertical
placement of dynamics, and it avoids cluttering your music display.
