Notes/Rests->Notehead Types->Set Notehead->Harmonic

another notation is a normal notehead with a circle
Directives->Markings->Articulations->Harmonic

I've never really tried it, but there is Measures->Display Effects. You
can zoom with Ctrl-Mouse Wheel.
