1) create the main note
2) move the cursor up a fourth and press Ins to insert a note in the
chord
3) Click Notes/Rests->Directives->Attach LilyPond to Note
4) Press <Return> for the first text (no LilyPond syntax to be placed
before the note)
5) Type in \harmonic for the second text (LilyPond after the note)
6) Type whatever you like (e.g. o or h, or you could even paste a
diamond character from your character map tool in accessories) for the
display, to remind you that the note is altered

If you have a lot to do, then pressing <Return> when selecting the
Attach LilyPond to Note will mean you can get this thereafter by just
pressing <Return>, i.e. it sets a short cut.

This will then typeset as desired. Evidently, this is begging for a
scripted command to do all this for you. Is the interval of a fourth
just an example or is that a standard thing needed? A script could take
a key press to indicate the interval to be used ...
