Status: None => Fixed
Open/Closed: Open => Closed

Follow-up Comment #2:
Cursor position is now much more prominent. Off screen cursor would be
difficult, instead there are now push cursor position and pop cursor position
which means you can keep a position (indeed a stack of them) while scrolling
elsewhere.
