So here's another question--rather than fixing the A4 vs. US letter size paper dilemma, can I upload a page I've created elsewhere? It seems like that's an option using Score-titles-book titles--create or edit graphic title page. I'm assuming that it has to be an eps file. I tried it an I got the uploaded file AND the Denemo-generated title page. I assume there's a way to get rid of that--just using simple titles, for instance. In case it helps, I've attached the files.

ah, I was wondering when that would come up. The title page border is
for A4 sized paper only, and you have US letter size.
The fix won't be trivial, as a workaround I think you could set the
paper size back to A4 and then use the printer scaling facilities if it
doesn't fit nicely (I mean facilities offered by the program you use to
create the paper copy).
I've raised a bug report for this - thank you!
