aha! I see a way that Eloi's work on testing could be used to save us
from inadvertently doing this. If you placed a link to your collection
of old scores somewhere under the test directory then when a new release
is coming up you could run the make check command and it would open save
and compare all your scores. (I am speaking very roughly here, exactly
what the command is called I don't know, but this is the gist of Eloi's
work on testing so far).

Eloi, once the holiday season is over, could you comment on how we could
turn this idea into something practical - it would mean any user could
keep an eye on how Denemo developments may be impacting older scores
they have stored away.
