I've tested the 9th Aug zip file version and this is much better. There
were some remaining issues with Windows unable to popup the menu to
alter the current object from the Object Editor, etc which I have fixed
as well.
Can you re-spin this once more?

If all is well, I would like to make this the basis of the 1.3 release,
as the Object Inspector and Object Editor substantially change many
users' experience of the program. (An example cropped up just today when
one of my correspondents reported having fumbled with the menus and
accidentally fired off some - unknown - command. He could see that a
note was marked with some extra attribute, but how to take it away? In
the current version the rather forbidding right-click->Edit Directives
would be needed to explore the note. Now by double clicking the note the
Object Inspector will explain in detail what is there and where it came
from and offer to run the Object Editor on it).
The main thing to be added would edit scripts for any objects that still
throw up the "Advanced" low-level edit when right clicked and an
up-to-date manual.
