Thanks for reminding me about this, you can always put a line or page
break at any point of course, by cut and paste, I was thinking of the
perplexed newcomer who would need educating. I've now refined the
warning situation so it won't bother the regular user and made Line and
Page break code consonant.
I've also moved the Print Layout menu inside the Typesetter one, as it
was too easy to miss, and re-ordered stuff to make it less messy.
