Details:

A palette may be undocked by rightclicking and selecting palette undock.
Once Undocked no simple combination of keys will give a menu allowing it to be
redocked. If closed, View Palette gives it as a choice (but not on 8/2/17 the
General Palette!) but selecting it gives the Undocked Palette again.
