No, it is actually not. As i stated before you just need to have some of
the *.scm files in a ice-9/ directory and set GUILE_LOAD_PATH to it. But
it would be nice to have some magic variable or something to avoid loading
these files with the `libguile.dll' if it is not necessary (but i guess it
is necessary). Please, please explain why !
