[dev-serveez] TODO list

Hello Serveez'ers,
  since I started to libtoolize the software some new TODOs raised.

 * specify exactly what's going to be in the library and what not
 * clean up name spaces
 * keep asking libtool'ers for better win32 support
 * think about "static" and "extern" declarations
 * create a <svzconfig.h> for library #define's

Please tell me if I forgot any (MgrabMue ? you made the libsizzle...).
