[dev-serveez] [PATCH] make SCM_EXACTP more like SCM_INUMP

Hi-

In serveez 'next' head,

the SCM_EXACTP macro in guile-api.h behaves differently than the SCM_INUMP
macro it replaces (on Guile 1.8.x at least) since scm_exact_p will
throw an error on non-numeric arguments.  Perhaps a better replacement
would be the attached.

[With that and the previous patches, along with the BAUX fix you helped 

me with, serveez-next is now happily serving static web pages on my box.]
