BECTA have initiated the open source schools project.

Hi,  following on from the recent thread on BECTA, they got back to me
and pointed me in the direction of the open source schools project.

Looking at the case study for tux paint,  I still get the impression
they miss the point on free software,  yes tux paint is free as in cost,
 but its not clear this is meant to be free as in freedom.
