[Dino-list] Dino 0.2.8 is released

Dino 0.2.7 has been released.

This release fixes a crashing bug and a number of warnings and GUI
nuisances.

Changes: 
        * Made the Controller properties dialog transient 
        * Fixed crashing bug that was triggered by clicking the empty CC editor
        * Made About, Track properties and Pattern properties windows
          transient (patches by Nedko Arnaudov) 
        * Fixed warning about deprecated JACK API function (patch by Nedko
          Arnaudov)
        * Fixed warning about unsigned/signed comparison (patch by Nedko
          Arnaudov)
