To beging with, it should be "IceCat for Android" but the maintainer
of IceCat labeled it "icecatmobile-31.8.0.en-US.android-arm.apk"
in https://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/icecat/31.8.0-gnu2/ and earlier versions.
I have asked him to change that for the upcomming
https://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/icecat/38.3.0/ which still should be under
development.
Now, many add-ons are targeted to "Firefox for Android", like uBlock
Origin for example (see
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ublock-origin/versions/).
I have added "IceCat for Android" to
https://directory.fsf.org/wiki/UBlock_Origin but I have not started
the page yet.
