that is presuming that every package removed from the directory will
have a libre replacement - descriptions of the reasons why something was
removed are far more important in cases where there is no libre replacement
it also would apply only to that one specific class of cases whereby
programs are removed because of "Antifeatures" - that is probably more
likely that programs are removed for other reasons such as recommending
or including something non-free
