[Discuss-gnuradio] A multichannel detector.

I'm a software type who is somewhat hardware challenged in need of some 
advice.

I want to build a detector for 30 channels spaced at 10Khz in a band at 
38Mhz. I can understand the gnuradio software. What I'm having 
difficulty with is where to start to build the interface between the 
sound card audio input and the antenna. Can someone point me to a source 
of information to build this?
