Ok, that is clear.

How about my calculation of the impedance.
Did you have a change to look at those.
7 Ohm is a bit low when the minimum is 25.

Or did I get my calculation wrong?

Still this wouldn't account for the difference between 50 mV and the expected 
1000 mV.
