[Discuss-gnuradio] Scrolling text on an audio waterfall spectrum display

Gang - This is, well, a stupid pet trick. Here's a screenshot of a program 
with a slowly
scrolling audio spectrum display from 100 to 2900 hz:

in glorious Atari 800 character font. Anyway, I saw someone do this in 
Hampal and just had
to copycat it. The gnuradio part is real straightforward - the hard part is 
converting a line of
text into scanlines suitable for an inverse-fft.
