Looks like your system has some inconsistencies.

What distribution and version are you using?
What's the version of g++ ( $ g++ --version )

If you're using g++ 3.3.* on x86, please note that it has bugs that
GNU Radio exercises.  If that's the case, please update to a later
version of gcc.
