Micaz work in the 2.4 Ghz band so i guess if you are using a daughterboard that work in that frequency band then that should work. Check this out.

In the US this specification adheres to the 2.4 GHz band.

Thanks,

Hi all,

I will be working on a project to study various distributed schemes in a
wireless sensor network. Before starting I wanted to know few sensors
compatible with usrp. I found few papers where authors used MICA2 and MICA
z. I heard they are expensive. Can you give me an idea of the sensors
compatible with the usrp, so that I can select the sensor within budget. I
will be sensing temperature.

Thanks.
