USRP-N210, USRP-E100, and USRP2 support (hardware based) timed
transmission and reception. And therefore, it is possible to synchronize
operations across multiple boards. However, this is not the case for USRP1.
I should note that this is an atypical use case for the USRP-E100
because the host computer is the USRP, and is therefore only attached to
one USRP device.
