Out of curiosity, does anyone know of a cheap <$400 Davinci board with something like a DM6446 processor?  I've been reading a little about the Texas Instrument proprietery high speed serial interface (VLYNQ) which is found on Davnici processors but not OMAPs such as the case with the E100.  I have a gut feeling that it might be the same interface used in the Sundance and Lyrtech platforms for high speed FPGA/DSP communication.  Apparently TI also provides info about how to implement FPGA cores if you don't want to shell out money for the Xilinx or Altera provided cores.  Anyways I'm trying to figure out if such interface can provide higher RF data transfer rates and if there's a cheap EVM with a Davinci which can (potentially) be plugged into a USRP (a la USRP E100) basically as a higher bandwidth more processing for people.

I'm curious what other people might think about this!
