Julio,

Usually, the frequency band is used by 800 MHz  trunking radio. So, I
presume you are scanning for GSM 850 and iDEN 800?
If that's the case, you will be able to detect the different type of
modulations, GMSK and M16QAM.
If you know the specifications, you will be able to decode it.
