Thanks for fixing it - it works for me too now, although trying to update gnuradio gives the error:

remote branch master does not exist on git://http://www.gnuradio.org/git/gnuradio.git

I  assume this is a gnuradio/git issue.

this has now been fixed
update was expecting a list of strings instead of a string - there is now a check
