[Discuss-gnuradio] Embedded Update

I've update the OpenEmbedded Manifest to track the Daisy release
branches of the various layers. This should create a stable baseline for
people doing embedded work.

I update the README at:

https://github.com/balister/oe-gnuradio-manifest

to reflect this.
